Blue Coats Advance with First Round Win Over Long Island Nets

The Delaware Blue Coats are moving on in the G League Playoffs after defeating the Long Island Nets 133-116 in the first round on Tuesday night.

The game started off close, as Delaware was only up by five by the end of the first quarter of play, but the Coats pulled away in the second, expanding their lead to as many as 18 by the end of the first half.

It was the Blue Coats’ offense that propelled them to the win, as they went 50.6% from the field and 45.2% from beyond the arc. Delaware also had seven players end with double-digits scoring, a common theme for this team.
