Blue Coats Fall to Celtics on Sunday

It was a close matchup at Chase Fieldhouse on Sunday afternoon as the Delaware Blue Coats (18-8) fell to the Maine Celtics (13-14) 145-141.

After a back-and-forth first half with 21 lead changes, the Celtics took control in the third quarter. Despite being down by ten points to start the fourth and being able to cut the lead to three, the Celtics, led by Matt Ryan's 34 points, claimed the narrow victory.

  • Myles Powell
    • Powell recorded 33 points, going 10-15 from the field, with seven assists on the day.

  • Charles Bassey 
    • The Philadelphia 76ers 2nd round draft pick put up a double-double, with 22 points and 12 rebounds.
  • Shaquille Harrison
    • Harrison scored 24 points, going 4-8 from beyond the arc.
