The Delaware Blue Coats welcomed the Westchester Knicks to the Chase Fieldhouse in Wilmington for their second meeting of the season on Saturday night, and cruised to a 146-111 victory.

Delaware gave their fans plenty of reasons to cheer straight out of the gates, putting up 42 points in the first quarter, including a 27-7 run to end the frame. Braxton Key exploded for 15 points to kickstart his night.

The Coats remained in control of the game until the final horn. Charlie Brown Jr. started the second half strong, accounting for 20 of the 37 total points his team posted in the third quarter. In the fourth, it was Jared Brownridge who stole the show, dropping 20 points of his own, ending the night with 26 total, going 8-10 from beyond the three-point arc.

The Blue Coats’ 146 total points is a season high, and every active player scored at least one field goal in the W; seven of those players scored in double-digits.
