| Can I give my tickets to a friend? Yes, you can transfer your tickets through the Blue Coats App. Simply select "Manage Tickets," choose the game, click "Transfer," and enter the contact info for the person receiving your tickets. |
| What if I can’t make it to a game? If you can’t make it to a game, you have three great options: Swap tickets: Swap your tickets for a game you can attend. For example, if you have two seats for one game, you can move them to another game and receive four tickets for that game. Resell tickets: Post your tickets for resale on Ticketmaster and receive payment for them. Give tickets to a friend: Transfer your tickets to a friend. |
| How many times can I swap tickets for a different game? You can swap your tickets for up to 5 games throughout the season. |
| What is auto-renewal? As a Blue Coats member, you are enrolled in the auto-renewal program, which simplifies the process of renewing your membership for the following year. If you plan to keep your membership, there is no action required, but you can customize your plan and update contact information on this site. |
| When will my first payment be processed for next season? Your first installment will be processed on March 14th, and your second payment will be processed on April 11th. Please contact your representative with any further questions. |
| What if I don’t want to continue my Blue Coats membership? You have until March 11, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST to opt out of your Blue Coats membership by completing the opt-out form on this site. The form must be completed in its entirety to successfully opt out. Your representative cannot complete the form on your behalf, nor can they process an opt-out request over the phone, in person, nor via email. |
