After sweeping a midseason series with the Mad Ants in Fort Wayne, the Delaware Blue Coats (9-4) return home Saturday night to face a familiar foe, Raptors 905 (12-4), in primetime.
Those two wins are the most recent in a four-game winning streak for the Coats, who are currently undefeated in the 2021-22 season when taking the court against Eastern Conference rivals.
Despite three season wins against the Raptors -- defeating them twice in G League Showcase Cup play and more recently on Feb. 5 (126-121) -- the team's opponent tonight still shares the conference's top spot with the Motor City Cruise. A win tonight would shake up those standings, putting the Blue Coats in second, above the Raptors.
Rejoining the team for this game after spending some time with the Philadelphia 76ers are Jaden Springer and Myles Powell. Springer has had strong performances against the Raptors, averaging 21.3 points and three steals; he tied his career best 26 points the last time these two teams met.

In addition to Springer and Powell coming to Delaware from the NBA, the Blue Coats signed three-time NBA Champion Patrick McCaw yesterday.

McCaw, a 2016 second-round NBA Draft pick, has spent time with the Golden State Warriors, the Cleveland Cavaliers, and the Toronto Raptors. He has been a free-agent since April of 2021 and joins a Blue Coats roster already stacked with NBA experience.
This seasoned team will looks to expand their winning-streak to five tonight at 7:00 p.m.
